Two road races, 20 and 10 miles, over very flat quiet country roads - ideal for first-timers over the distance or those preparing for the big spring marathons. Both courses are officially measured, with accurate markers every mile and drinks every 3 miles. Both races follow the same 10 mile route, with the 20-milers doing two laps

There are great goody bags for every finisher and prizes for first three men and women and for first and second male and female in 40's, 50's and 60+ for each race.
