Hello there... I havent run this one before and in fact havent run a 10k before, but I have done a half marathon. I was wondering if anyone has heard anything or recieved anything in the post about the day?

Those who have entered online will be getting an email from the organisers shortly, which will give a race briefing for you. Hope that is OK?

Its the night before the run, I entered online last Monday evening and havent heard a bean apart from my reference from Paypal ?  However I have ran this before and enjoy the run, but you must be there early !
